Rob is a critically acclaimed director, dramaturg, and innovative creative leader. With a keen focus on inclusive and immersive storytelling, he collaborates with writers, communities, designers, and businesses to help navigate the complexities of the world. He is currently the Artistic Director for Theatre Centre, regularly teaches at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and works with the Institute of the Arts Barcelona. He is also chair of Savvy Theatre's board and governor of Addy and Stanhope Secondary School in Lewisham.

Rob's influence extends to the corporate sector, where he crafts immersive learning experiences fostering creative and critical thinking for esteemed clients like JP Morgan Chase, MSC Cruises, Accenture, Nando’s, and Deloitte.

With a rich background, including creative leadership roles at the National Theatre, Headlong Theatre, Lyric Hammersmith, Barbican, and Immediate Theatre, Rob brings a wealth of experience and a bold vision to every project.
